Primer repte superat. La lluita continua

Hem aconseguit el mínim que ens havíem proposat. Deu dies abans de l’11 de setembre, que marcava la primera etapa de 40 dies de la primera fase del goteo, hem superat els 16.000 euros que ens havíem marcat.
Gràcies a la generositat de 165 aportacions, el dia 2 de setembre hem arribat als 16.343 euros.

En aquest període que va començar el 3 d’agost, cada dia hi ha hagut aportacions de les més diverses quantitats. De gent coneguda i de gent anònima, gent de la faràndula i gent que gaudeix amb l’espectacle, persones procedents de molts de pobles de Mallorca i també de les altres illes i moltes d’elles de la península.

Entre aquests aportacions hi ha la de dues empreses que han decidit secundar la iniciativa de donar nom a llocs d’exhibició de la FIET. Així durant la fira, Ca ses monges es dirà Espai Mallorca Verda i Es Cremat Espai Melchor Mascaró, per donar visibilitat al seu suport.

Hem sumat dia a dia, granet a granet, una a una, les donacions fins a tenir un caramullet que ja fa planta.

Per això us podem anunciar que ens atrevim, la FIET 2022 es celebrarà

Amb tota la prudència del món, comptant cada cèntim i confiant en que les resolucions de les convocatòries d’ajuts de les que estam pendents s’acostin a les quantitats sol·licitades. (A dia d’avui, encara ens manca saber el suport de Cultura del Govern de les Illes i el del Ministeri de Cultura del govern d’Espanya).

Gràcies a la vostre col·laboració, ara se’ns obre una nova oportunitat: tenim 50 dies més per davant, per rebre aportacions i acabar d’apuntalar el meravellós projecte cultural que duu endavant Sa Xerxa de teatre infantil i juvenil de les Illes Balears. Necessitam aquest coixí econòmic per a poder seguir mantenint el nostre petit equip de treballadores que fan possible la màgia d’Acostar el teatre als infants i als pobles i poder encarar el 2023 amb energia i somniar ja amb una XXI FIET com sempre l’havíem fet.

Esperam, també, que aquesta crisi hagi servit per fixar l’atenció dels nostres governants en la necessitat de solució al problema crònic de finançament que patim i que després de 20 anys de fer lluir la cultura, convé compondre.
