Call us by your name

All variants of love have one element in common: the singular importance that a name achieves. Marta, Carmen, Juan, Pablo... there are many, but you live your life, one of them appears and its meaning changes forever. The common name now has a specific face, a voice. Also those who, although not rare, are not in your daily life until they appear, like a powerful Lourdes; or a singular Arsenio, which goes from the exotic to an everyday life that you would not understand without it. And so we grow and become who we are, collecting names.

At CineCiutat we are proud to be exclusively the names we collect, and today we would not exist if it were not for each of those 1,308 names that decided to join ours. With your help we have reopened, we have been making improvements since July and this month we are starting the last stage of reforms that we hope to finish by the beginning of October, along with the delivery of the rest of the rewards.

We can never thank you enough, but for now we wanted to tattoo each of your names, so that, as Elio said, we remember everything.

Today we are not called CineCiutat, today, you can call us by your name.
